Until, just recently, having accepted the “peace” Jesus offered me, I was unable to truly have a singular focus on God… because of my focus on my childhood trauma of dad breaking my heart.

The peace he’s given me by validating “yes, that’s true” has released me from the anxiety of it.

I feel “seen and heard”.

And now it’s evident to me that I can now focus on God… have to focus on God… and Jesus makes this possible.
